Corrie was mentally heckling the video at the very least, and vocally heckling if there were any friends there at the same time, and as a result she missed the card the first time and has to watch it again. The second time the password just looks like a random jumble of letters and numbers and she can't remember it, so she throws up her hands and goes to find her room instead.
