Siân notes Corrie's selection and nods approvingly. Perfect. Now she doesn't have to hunt down James and give him the chance to gloat about his captaincy.
"Hugo? He's an odd duck, isn't he?" She doesn't bother lowering her voice or disguising her blatant gaping as she swivels her head around, searching. When she spots Hugo, he's sitting with Lorcan, who is staring at her with the same unabashed expression that she's using on him. She sticks her tongue out before turning back to Corrie.
"To be honest, I've only half been listening to what people are saying." That's not unusual. Siân isn't known for her focus. Even now, her attention is split, as she looks over Corrie's bingo card and tries to find something both true and helpful. "Oh, I've driven a car!" Illegally, sure. But the card doesn't specify. She blots out the spot with a bright pink daub from her bingo marker.
Corrie rolls her eyes. "Odd" definitely fits Hugo -- but there's no accounting for Weasleys. She sips her cocktail and waves over Sian's shoulder at the blokes.
"Ohh, nice!" she says, pulling the card back and checking to see how close she was. Definitely getting there in a few places. Corrie almost thinks she might be able to make a blackout, but fat chance anyone's here for the meat. "How was it? I'd really like to try sometime but I've only been in one. Did you hit anything? They look like a bugger to steer."
Re: SPEED DATING BINGO: Corrie & Siân
"Not yet," she says, taking the cocktail gratefully. "New Weasley rubbed his fork at me, but my heart remains free. Any luck on your end?"
